What is BEYOND BUSINESS?

Beyond Business is the new name of BAM South Asia Conference and Trade Fair. It is a network of marketplace and workplace ministry networks across South Asia. We connect and support business owners and marketplace leaders as they glorify God and serve people in and through business by seeking a quadruple bottom line of social, economic, environmental, and spiritual impact.

When and where is the conference?

The time and location have yet to be determined. The tentative dates are mid-September in Hyderabad, India. Stay tuned to our website and social media for further updates

As an exhibitor, how do I showcase my booth at this event?

  • Use eye-catching graphics and signs: Make sure your company logo and branding are prominently displayed, and consider using large graphics or banners to draw attention to your booth.
  • Have interactive elements: Consider adding interactive elements such as touchscreens, games, or product demonstrations to engage visitors and make your booth more memorable.
  • Offer freebies or promotions: Consider offering free samples, discounts, or other promotions to attract visitors to your booth.
  • Staff your booth with knowledgeable employees: Make sure you have knowledgeable employees or representatives at your booth who can answer questions and provide information about your products or services.
  • Follow up with leads: Be sure to collect contact information from visitors to your booth who are interested in your products or services, and follow up with them after the tradeshow to nurture those leads.

Is there a fee to participate?

There is a fee of ₹7,500 to participate as an attendee. The sign up form for registration is here: Register now. The cost to host an exhibitor booth is ₹25,000. Reach out to info@beyondbusiness.com for booth info and availability. 

Can I cancel my ticket as an attendee? If so, when?

Yes – cancellations can be made 45 days prior to the conference for a full refund.Please email info@beyondbusiness.com for cancellation requests.

What are the deadlines for registration and exhibitor booth?

All attendees and exhibitor booth registrations must be completed 20 days prior to the conference date.

Is there a wireless internet service at the exhibit hall?

Yes! The conference center will provide free wireless internet services for those attending. Please reach out to one of the volunteers at the conference for login info.

What do you talk in speed networking?

• Introduce yourself and your company: Start by stating your name and the name of your company, and provide a brief overview of what your company does.

• Explain what you are looking for: Let the other person know what you hope to gain from the conversation, whether it’s making a new connection, finding a potential business partner, or learning about a particular topic.

• Ask questions: Show interest in the other person and their company by asking questions about what they do, their products or services, and their goals for the tradeshow.

• Share your expertise: Use the conversation as an opportunity to share your knowledge and expertise in your industry, and offer to help the other person if you can.
